Because custom denim is personalized, completed orders are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

If you need to cancel before production begins, contact Klassik Kreations as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will depend on any design work already completed, expenses incurred, and applicable law.

If we make a production error or your item is defective, please contact us promptly with photographs so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Standard package pricing includes basic personalization and DTF design placement appropriate for the selected tier.

Artwork cleanup, recreation, extensive design work, hand painting, and specialty embellishments may incur additional charges.

Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before production begins.

For custom artwork services, one design proof and one round of minor revisions are included unless otherwise stated in the quote.

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, colors, and design placement before approving artwork.

Klassik Kreations may decline requests involving artwork that cannot be reproduced appropriately or for which necessary permissions are unavailable.

Customers are responsible for providing their own clean denim. Jeans are not included in the listed price.

All garments are reviewed for suitability before customization.

Existing rhinestones, seams, embellishments, coatings, and garment condition may affect heat application or artwork placement.

Please contact Klassik Kreations before shipping or dropping off your garment to confirm delivery arrangements.

If a garment cannot be safely customized, we will contact you before production.
