📦 Processing Schedule
  • Orders processed Monday–Thursday with a 24-hour turnaround
  • Orders after 2:00 PM CST = next business day processing
  • Shipping: 1–3 business days depending on location
  • Rush Orders:
    • Mon–Thu: $25 same-day fee (cutoff 10:00 AM CST)
    • Friday: $35 same-day fee (cutoff 11:00 AM CST)

  • To ensure the best print quality:

    • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI

    • File Formats: PNG, PDF, SVG, or AI (must have a transparent background)

    • Color Mode: Submit artwork in CMYK color mode — we cannot match RGB colors as they appear on screen.

    • Bleed & Margins: Add a 0.125” bleed to prevent artwork cut-off

    Please make sure to submit art in the proper format. Files that do not meet these requirements may result in delayed processing.
